Wonderful stay, a little slice of heaven
vast selectionhot tubacceptable kitchen
I found the breakfast selection vast and of high quality. the pool area was excellent. It offered a hot tub and a wonderful city view. our bedroom was a good size and included a perfectly acceptable kitchen.
The hotel wanted to charge us for an extra blanket? so we bought our own. the tv situation was a disaster. The lounge tv only had one english speaking movie channel. It did not work.

the hotel offered early check-in, a sweet welcome after travels. soundproof rooms were a blessing. there was also a supermarket nearby, very handy. i liked city views from the room.
the bedside lamps and light switches are far from the bed and hard to reach. i have to walk to switch it off.

breakfast has much variety and a kind staff assists you. i found various choices, from local to international cuisines, it was quite complete, and the area always looked clean.

the rooms i stayed in are soundproof. i slept well because air conditioning was very effective. a comfortable bed.

I got upgraded to a suite upon arrival. It was really nice. breakfast had a lot of choices! the location is convenient near the bts and mrt stations. i found the staff very helpful and polite.
The gym was not excellent. It felt quite basic.

The absence of a proper dryer for the in-room washing machine was inconvenient. Drying clothes in the bathroom felt makeshift. the shower's water temperature was difficult to regulate. Sudden bursts of hot water were a problem. also, i found the bedside reading lamps positioned far from the bed, an impractical design choice.
